摘要
当前,世界反贫困取得了巨大成就,但贫困仍是全人类共同的挑战。中国扶贫开发成就举世瞩目,但离目标仍有差距。中国少数民族地区一方面贫困问题较为突出,另一方面旅游资源丰富。实践证明,旅游对反贫困贡献大,旅游扶贫是少数民族地区脱贫致富和发展进步的重要途径。因此,研究和推进旅游扶贫是农业经济学、旅游学和反贫困理论创新和实践创新的重要内容,是解决"三农"问题、全面建成小康社会的基础条件,是全面深化改革、推进国家治理现代化的内在要求,是促进少数民族地区发展、帮助少数民族同胞脱贫致富的现实需要,事关国家长治久安和中华民族永续发展,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
At present,great achievements have been made in anti-poverty in the world,but poverty is still a common challenge for all mankind.Achievements in poverty alleviation and development in China have attracted worldwide attention but are still far from their goals.On the one hand,poverty in China's ethnic minority areas is more prominent,on the other hand,tourism resources are abundant.Practice has proved that tourism contributes a lot to anti-poverty and tourism poverty alleviation is an important way to alleviate poverty and promote development and progress in ethnic minority areas.Therefore,to study tourism poverty alleviation is an important part of agricultural economics,tourism and anti-poverty theory innovation and practice innovation.It is the basic condition for solving the"three rural issues"and building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.It is to comprehensively deepen the reform and promote the state's modernization.The intrinsic requirement is an actual need to promote the development of the ethnic minority areas and help the ethnic compatriots get out of poverty,and is of great theoretical and practical significance for their long-term peace and stability and for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.
