摘要
通过分析乐视和小米两家互联网公司的商业生态可以发现:互联网企业为降低资源依赖,往往将优势业务作为骨干型角色,通过伙伴依赖、共生依赖、竞争依赖、无效依赖四种依赖关系联系利基型角色、支配型角色以及其他利益相关者构建商业生态。不同企业由于优势业务、驱动因素、创始人特质、依赖资源和构建逻辑不同会有不同的成长路径。互联网生态构建逻辑包括内延式和外延式两类,在构建互联网生态时,企业需重点考虑骨干角色是否具有优势、依赖关系是否合理、协同效应是否正向、利基市场是否有创造力这四点要素。
By analyzing the two Internet companies-LeEco and Xiaomi s-commercial ecology,we found that in order to reduce the resource dependence,Internet enterprises often take advantage business as the keystone role,and contact with the niche role,the dominator role as well as other stakeholders through four kinds of interdependencies:partner interdependence,symbiotic interdependence,competitive interdependence and invalid interdependence,so as to build a business ecosystem to obtain synergies effect.Enterprises differ in lots of aspects,such as advantage business,driving factors,founder characteristics,resource dependence and construction logic,and so there will be different development paths in building a business ecosystem.The logic of Internet ecology includes two types:in-line and out-line.Enterprises need to take into account the four important factors:competitive keystone role,appropriate interdependence relationship,positive synergistic effect and creative niche market when constructing Internet business ecosystem.
