摘要
江苏省农业生产资源丰富,种植业与养殖业发达,分析研究江苏省农业产业集群对中国农业现代化有很重要的参考和借鉴价值。近些年,虽然江苏省各市县特色农业产业集群取得了较大程度的发展,但江苏省目前的集群普遍存在产业集群程度不高、集群结构不完善、关联产业发育不充分等问题。为进一步促进江苏省特色农业产业集群的发展,必须明确农业产业集群发展目标,制定农业产业集群发展战略;规划引领农业产业集群投资,进一步完善市场服务体系;推进农产品向精深加工发展,培育特色农产品比较优势;完善农村电子商务政策环境,构建特色农产品网销体系。
With a highly developed planting and breeding industry,Jiangsu is rich in agricultural resources.A study on its industrialized agricultural clusters offers valuable references to China’s agricultural modernization.Great achievements take place in featured agricultural clusters in the cities and counties of Jiangsu Provinces.However,various problems come up,in terms of low cluster degree,imperfect cluster structure,and inadequate development of correlative industries.In order to further develop featured agricultural clusters in Jiangsu,the government should devise specific cluster development strategies and plans.It should also initiate and regulate agricultural cluster investment,and further ameliorate market service system.Besides,attention should be paid to in-depth processing of agricultural products to achieve a comparative advantage.Improvements are urgently needed with regards to e-commerce policy environment as well as marketing networks for featured agricultural products in the rural areas calls.
