摘要
以广州市南沙区上横沥岛配套道路一期工程的软土地基路段处理为实例,对比分析了接杆型水泥搅拌桩、填筑轻型材料+浅层塑料板排水、预应力管桩+普通型水泥搅拌桩三种地基处理方案的施工工艺及工程造价,结果表明,接杆型水泥搅拌桩是结构物附近净空受限下软土地基处理的最佳方案。
Taking the treatment for the section of soft soil foundation of the first-stage project of supporting road of Hengli Island of Nansha District in Guangzhou city as the living example,the construction technology and engineering cost of three kinds of foundation treatment schemes for cement mixing pile of extension rod type,light-weight material of filling+superficial layer plastic plate drainage,and prestressed pipe pile+cement mixing pile of ordinary type are compared and analyzed.The results show that,the cement mixing pile of extension rod type is the best solution for the treatment for soft soil foundation under the limitation of clearance near the structures.
