摘要
随着信息时代的到来,网络信息技术迅速发展,对高校图书馆馆员的素质提出了更高、更新要求。目前,许多高校图书馆缺乏一支高素质的馆员队伍。馆员素质已成为制约图书馆、馆员自身及教学科研发展的重要因素。本文针对馆员应具备的素质及存在的问题,提出了通过拓宽知识结构、加强继续教育、建立激励机制、实行岗位轮换等提升馆员素质的新对策。
With the advent of information age,the rapid development of network information technology has put forward higher and newer requirements for the quality of university librarians.At present,many university libraries lack a team of high-quality librarians,which has become an important factor restricting the development of library,librarian and teaching research.Aiming at the quality librarians should possess and the existing problems,this paper put forward the new countermeasures to improve the quality of librarians by broadening the knowledge structure,strengthening the continuing education,establishing incentive mechanism,implementing new countermeasures of job rotation.
