摘要
目的急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能和同型半胱氨酸水平变化的关系。方法选取2015年3月~2017年3月,来我院进行治疗并且确诊为急性脑梗死的患者80例作为研究组和同期80例正常体检者作为对照组。观察两组患者IMT、FMD、NO以及e NOS的水平;治疗前后研究组患者治疗前后FMD、NO、e NOS的水平变化以及NIHSS和BI评分。结果研究组的FMD、NO以及e NOS水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),IMT和Hcy水平显著高于对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者的Hcy、NO以及e NOS水平均显著下降(P<0.05);治疗后,患者的FMD水平略有增加,但是差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过治疗后,研究组患者的NIHSS数值显著升高,BI评分指数显著下降,与治疗前相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸可反映急性脑梗死患者血管内皮功能的损害程度,与血管内皮功能呈正相关。同时可提示急性脑梗死患者的病情发展程度,影响患者的疗效及预后。
Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial function and homocysteine level in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected as study group and 80 normal persons as control group.The levels of IMT,FMD,NO and eNOS in two groups were observed.The changes of FMD,NO and eNOS and NIHSS and BI scores were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results The levels of FMD,NO and eNOS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of IMT and Hcy were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FMD,NO and eNOS in study group decreased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of FMD increased slightly,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS value of the patients in the study group increased significantly and the BI score index decreased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Homocysteine can reflect the damage degree of vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction and is positively correlated with vascular endothelial function.At the same time,it can indicate the degree of development of the patients with acute cerebral infarction,and affect the curative effect and prognosis of the patients.
