顺尔宁与丙卡特罗联合应用对肺炎合并哮喘患儿气道细胞因子的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨顺尔宁与丙卡特罗联合应用对肺炎合并哮喘患儿气道细胞因子的影响。方法对80例肺炎合并哮喘患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患儿治疗方案将其分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=42)。对照组采用丙卡特罗+酮替芬治疗,观察组采用顺尔宁+丙卡特罗进行治疗。治疗12周后比较两组临床疗效及患儿气道细胞因子变化。结果观察组总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者MMP-9水平及MMP-9/TIMP-11比值降低,TIMP-1水平上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者MMP-9水平及MMP-9/TIMP-11比对照组低,TIMP-1水平比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者IL-6、TNF-α水平降低,IL-12水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者IL-6、TNF-α水平比对照组低,IL-12水平比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组患者耐受性良好,均未出现明显异常。结论顺尔宁与丙卡特罗联合应用治疗小儿支原体肺炎合并哮喘发作具有良好的临床疗效与安全性,能通过降低MMP-9水平、升高TIMP-1水平发挥抑制疾病发展,控制患者病情的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of combination of singulair and procaterol on airway cytokines in children with pneumonia and asthma.Methods The clinical data of 80 children with pneumonia and asthma were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=42)according to the treatment of children.Children in the control group were treated with procaterol and ketotifen,and those in the observation group were treated with singulair and procaterol.After 12 weeks,the clinical efficacy and the changes of airway cytokines were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of MMP-9 and MMP-9/TIMP-11 decreased in the two groups,and the level of TIMP-1 increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of MMP-9 and MMP-9/TIMP-11 in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,and the level of TIMP-1 was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-6 and TNF-alpha was decreased,and the level of IL-12 increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and TNF-alpha in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the IL-12 level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,two groups of patients were well tolerated,and there was no obvious abnormality.Conclusion The combination of singulair and procaterol has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia combined with asthma in children.It can inhibit the development of the disease and control the patient's condition by reducing the level of MMP-9 and increasing the level of TIMP-1.
