摘要
目的探究循证护理干预对手术患者心理状态、疼痛及术后感染的影响。方法选取2016年9月至2017年9月我院收治的外科手术患者148例,将其随机分为两组,对照组74例患者给予常规围术期护理措施,在常规围术期护理的基础上给予观察组74例患者循证护理干预。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,并统计切口感染事件的发生情况。结果观察组患者术前2小时、术后1天的SAS与SDS评分以及术后1天的VAS评分均显著低于对照组,术后感染发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理干预可有效缓解手术患者围术期的负性情绪,减轻术后疼痛,降低术后感染事件的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on mental state,pain and postoperative infection in patients with surgery.Methods 148 patients with surgery in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,74 cases in each group.Control group was given routine perioperative nurisng,while observation group was given evidence-based nursing intervention based on control group.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),visual analogue scale(VAS),incidence of incision infection were compared between the two groups.Results The preoperative 2hours,postoperative 1day SAS,SDS scores and postoperative 1day VAS score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the incidence of postoperative infection was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention can relieve perioperative negative emotions,reduce postoperative pain,decrease the incidence of postoperative infection.
