摘要
目的总结糖尿病并神经源性膀胱患者的护理经验。方法对2011年~2016年收治我科的46例糖尿病并神经源膀胱患者,进行基础疾病糖尿病和其并发症的护理,通过护理前、后护理效果观察,总结护理经验。结论当前临床对糖尿病神经源性膀胱(Diabetic neurogenic bladder简称DNB)的治疗手段有限,在护理神经源性膀胱患者时,加强基础疾病糖尿病的护理非常重要。
Objective Summarize the nursing experience of diabetic patients with diabetic neurogenic bladder(DNB).Methods Do nursing interventions of diabetes and complications on 46 patients from 2011 to 2016 in our department.Observe the effect before and after nursing and sum up the nursing experience.Conclusions The current clinical therapies of DNB are limited,so it is very important to strengthen the nursing of diabetes in the therapy of neurogenic bladder patients.
