摘要
无人机由于具备无须人为干预,可以快速部署等优点,被广泛应用到各行各领域。但是,无人机的续航时间较短,这一缺点限制了无人机的大规模应用。目前,大部分的无人机都采用机载可充电锂电池,续航时间很少有超过1个小时的。但在某些领域,比如现场监控、现场指挥等领域,要求无人机能够长时间留空作业。因此,通过导线由地面电源供电的无人机,也就是系留无人机便应运而生。系留无人机作为长时间留空装置,供电系统对其至关重要[1]。为了保障系留无人机的安全,系留无人机供电系统通常分为主电源和备份电源[2],当主电源发生故障时,供电系统会自动切换到备份电源;同样,如果主电源恢复正常,供电系统就要从备份电源切换回主电源。由于系留无人机的很多载荷要求必须不间断供电,所以电源切换时必须保证电源的不间断,或者具有极短的间断时间。结合上述要求,文章提出一种实现不间断供电的简单可靠的方式,即利用专用电源管理芯片,配合数个场效应管,利用芯片的快速反应特性和场效应管的快速开关和大电流特性,实现电源的无间断切换。经过测试,该方案稳定可靠。
UAV is widely used in various fields because of having the advantages of unmanned intervention and quick deployment.However,due to the disadvantage of its short endurance time,the large-scale application of UAV is limited.Now,most UAV has rechargeable lithium battery,which can not ensure a long endurance time,for about an hour.In some fields,such as on the site monitor and incident command-and-control,UAV must achieve long time hanging.Therefore,UAV is known as a long time hanging device,of which the power supply system is crucial.In order to insure the safety of UAV,the power supply system of UAV usually consists of two power sources.One is the master power source,the other is backup power source.The power system will switch from the master power source to the backup power source automatically when the master one is out of order.Similarly,if the master power source returns to the normal,the power system will switch back to the master one.Most devices on the UAV require non-overlap power supply,so our power supply system must achieve non-overlap or very-quick while switching.Integrating the above requirements,this paper puts forward a method of achieving non-overlap power supply.This method uses power management IC with MOSFET.With the advantage of fast-react and fast-switching,as long as large current characteristics,realizing non-overlap power supply.After testing,this method is stable and reliable.
