摘要
为解决地铁车站选址方案比选时的多属性决策问题,利用三角模糊数和集对分析理论描述不同方案的各指标特征,构建地铁车站选址方案指标体系.首先对各指标进行定性或定量评价,利用三角模糊数来定量表示各指标的差异度系数在相邻标准界别间的连续变化过程,得到同一度决策矩阵.然后,运用同、异、反分析策略,确定了各评价指标的实测值和评价标准之间的联系度和差异度,引入熵值理论,利用信息熵反映的效用值来计算各指标权重,建立综合评价模型.最后,利用实例对模型的合理性和比选方法的有效性进行了验证,研究结果表明该比选方法可为地铁车站选址决策提供科学依据.
To solve the problem of multi attribute decision making on selection of metro station locations,the characteristics of each index in different plans were described with triangular fuzzy number and the set pair analysis theory,and an index system for the selection of metro station locations was constructed.Firstly,the qualitative or quantitative evaluation of each index to the station selection plans was carried out,the triangular fuzzy number was used to indicate the continuous changing process of the difference of each index in the adjacent standard sectors,and the same degree of decision matrix was obtained based on triangular fuzzy numbers.Then,the strategy of identical discrepancy contrary analysis was used to identify the contact degree and differences coefficient between evaluation of measured values and evaluation criteria,the information entropy was taken to calculate the weight of each index,and an comprehensive evaluation model was built.Finally,the rationality of the model and the effectiveness of the method were verified by a specific example.The results show that the method can provide a scientific basis for the decision making on the selection of metro station locations.
