The People’s Republic of China has experienced a change from revolutionary diplomacy to developmental one,which has its world significance and influence:The former’s background was in the revolutionary experience of China and the formation of the basic pattern of the cold war between the USA and the Soviet Union,and its major objective was to maintain national independence and world peace;while the latter originated from the reform and opening up of China and the end of the cold war between the West and the East,and emphatically served the economic construction of China itself.Correspondingly,during this process,China gradually changed from a challenger to the existing world order to the“beneficiary”and even“contributor”and“defender”of the global order,and finally put forwards the proposition of building a community of shared future for mankind.Today when Chinese socialism has entered a new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has brought forwards more clearly to push forwards the construction of a new type of international relationship featuring mutual respect,justice and win-win cooperation.
