摘要 2016年梅雨期间,秦淮河流域出现了大范围持续性降雨过程,流域最大7 d面雨量超历史,暴雨期间又遭遇长江高潮位的顶托,秦淮河东山站水位再次突破2015年历史最高水位,达到11.44 m,超警戒水位2.94 m。通过分析此次暴雨的时空分布、暴雨笼罩面积、洪水过程、洪水特点,与历史典型年暴雨和洪水进行分析比较,并对2016年洪水重现期进行了分析总结,认为2016年秦淮河流域洪水重现期超过50年。 The Qinhuai River basin has witnessed a widespread and sustained rainfall process during the Meiyu season in 2016.The maximum 7d surface rainfall in the basin had gone beyond history.It encountered the climax of the Yangtze River during the heavy rain.The water level at the Dongshan Station of the Qinhuai River once again exceeded the historic highest water level in 2015,reaching 11.44m,which was 2.94m over alerting water level.By analyzing the temporal and spatial distribution of the rainstorm,the areas covered by heavy rainstorms,the flood process and the characteristics of floods,analyzing and comparing with the typical historical heavy rains and floods,and the flood return period of 2016 was analyzed and summarized,it concluded that the flood return period of Qinhuai River basin in 2016 was more than 50 years.
