摘要
通过分析外差探测系统和直接探测系统的噪声来源和光电目标的回波功率,建立系统功率信噪比模型,分析了探测距离、离焦量和激光发散角对信噪比的影响,并进行了数值模拟分析,结果表明:离焦量、目标距离和激光发散角的增大会引起信噪比迅速减小,相同条件下外差探测系统的探测距离约是直接探测系统的24倍,信噪比受目标离焦量和激光发散角改变的影响更小。
The model of SNR is established by analyzing the noise sources of heterodyne detection system and direct detection system and the reflected power of electro-optical target.Analysis on numerical simulation is made to show the influences detection distance,focal shift and laser divergence angle affect on SNR.The results demonstrate that with the increase of the three factors,SNR will decrease rapidly.The detection distance of heterodyne system can be 24 times as long as the direct system’s.And the change of focal shift and laser divergence angle has a less influence on heterodyne system.
