摘要
采用双金属梯度堆焊方法对800MN液压机飞机起落架锻模再制造,建立起落架锻件成形过程粘塑性有限元模型和锻模承压弹塑性有限元模型,分析锻模温度场、应力场及磨损分布。结合实际使用后的失效状态,设计出该锻模型腔各部位双金属梯度堆焊层材料和厚度,通过锻模修复与再制造,生产结果表明:采用该方法再制造的锻模在生产6件产品后锻模桥部及型腔基本无变形,锻件质量合格,生产成本大大降低,工程应用价值十分显著。
Due to the extremely short die life-time of aircraft landing gear used on 800MN hydraulic press,this project used bi-metal gradient welding method to repair and re-manufacture the forging die.At present,the forging die is made of 5CrNiMo and made by traditional forging die manufacturing process:free forging,rough machining,heat treatment,precise machining,finishing polishing and grinding.After forged the 1 st landing gear forging piece on 800 MN hydraulic press,there resulted a 15~20 mm large deformation at die bridge,and cavity bulge collapse deformation is also very serious.In this case,bi-metal gradient welding method is proposed for die re-manufacturing.By using elastic-plastic FEM method,forging forming process was simulated on a finite element model of aircraft landing gear die through DEFORM and production application.The real failure status of the die after production is applied to verify the correctness of simulation results.Combine actual production data,it designed die cavity reinforcement material,reinforcement layer thickness,and re-manufacturing process.After the process of repairing of forging die and re-engineering,the results is:after produced 6 products by using the re-manufacturing forging die,there has no deformation,wear or scratches.The bridge deformation is 1~2 mm,only 10%of the original 5CrNiMo die.Compared with the forging die made of 5CrNiMo,the cost of manufacturing is saved,life time of die is increased.The forgings is qualified and stable,and the cost is reduced greatly.
