摘要
随着环境污染问题的日益加剧,传统的末端治理已经不能改善环境现状。清洁生产作为一种全新的理念,成为企业持续发展的必然选择。本文以清洁生产审核为主体,对某制碳酸钙钙企业提出清洁生产整改方案。方案实施后,在生产过程中,单位产品原材料单耗减少0.004t/t,单位产品取水量减少0.009m^3/t,单位产品综合能耗减少22kgce/t,单位产品粉尘产生量减少0.05kg/t,单位产品烟尘产生量减少0.03kg/t。
With the increasing of environmental pollution,the traditional terminal management has not been able to improve the environment.As a new concept,cleaner production has became an inevitable choice for the sustainable development of enterprises.The article takes cleaner production audit as the main body,and puts forward cleaner production rectification plans for a calcium carbonate company.Through the implementation of cleaner production programs,in pulping aspect,raw materials per unit production decreased 0.004 t/t,quantity of water per unit production decreased 0.009 m 3/t,comprehensive energy consumption per unit production decreased 22 kgce/t,dust per unit production decreased 0.05 kg/t,smoke per unit production decreased 0.03 kg/t.
