摘要
通过医学影像分析来进行诊断是医学诊断中最基本的手段之一,不同设备生成的影像中包含了不同的信息,例如,骨骼、肌肉、器官、血管以及代谢情况等。影像中的这些信息是医生诊断的重要依据。随着计算机技术的发展,数字医学图像处理得到广泛应用,医学影像分析也由传统的胶片诊断逐步转为影像工作站分析系统。然而,影像工作站系统技术含量高,加之开发周期长、造价高,导致开发一套影像系统难度非常大。VTK(Visualization Toolkit)是医学影像分析中起到至关重要作用的工具之一,因其开源、跨平台,开发者可以自由获取,并能够方便快捷地开发影像系统。笔者针对医学影像系统开发难度大、周期长的问题,采用VTK简单、快速实现了医学影像系统中的常用功能,从而有力地证明采用VTK开发医学影像系统既降低了难度,又提高了效率。
Diagnosing by medical image analysis is one of the most basic means of medical diagnosis.The images generated by different devices contain different information such as bones,muscles,organs,blood vessels,and metabolic status.This information in the image is an important basis for doctor's diagnosis.With the development of computer technology,digital medical image processing has been widely used.Medical image analysis has also gradually shifted from traditional film diagnostics to imaging workstation analysis systems.However,the problem of high gold content in the imaging workstation system,combined with long development cycle and high cost,has made it very difficult to develop a video system.VTK(Visualization Toolkit)is one of the tools that play an important role in medical image analysis.Because of its open source and cross-platform,VTK(Visualization Toolkit)gives developers freedom to acquire and develop video systems conveniently and quickly.In this paper,the development of medical imaging system is difficult and long-term problems,using VTK simple and fast to achieve the common functions of medical imaging system,which effectively proved that the use of VTK to develop medical imaging system r educes both the difficulty and efficiency.
