摘要
近年来,企业在线客服系统作为一种连接企业和用户的即时通讯软件被广泛应用。而由于互联网产品趋于轻型,研发过程迭代周期短、测试时间紧、测试文档不完备,使得软件测试过程和方法也要随之变化。笔者利用探索式测试技术和在线客服系统的特点,将探索式测试应用到企业在线客服系统的测试工作中,从而提高在线客服系统的测试效率,保证测试质量。
In recent years,the enterprise online customer service system has been widely used as a kind of instant messaging software that connects enterprises and users.Because the Internet products tend to be light,the process of software testing is also changing due to the short iteration period,tight testing time and incomplete test documents.Based on the exploratory testing technology and the characteristics of online customer service system,the author applies exploratory testing to the test of online customer service system,so as to improve the testing efficiency of online customer service system and ensure the quality of testing.
