摘要
纵观冷战后日菲关系的发展演变过程,概括起来主要经历了两个阶段:一是从传统经济关系转变为以经济为中心的全方位"战略伙伴关系"(1992~2011年),二是从全方位"战略伙伴关系"向"准同盟"迈进(2012年迄今)。冷战后日菲关系快速发展,乃是美日、美菲同盟的结构性驱动与共同安全利益驱动的结果。日菲"准同盟"关系在未来会否升级仍然面临多种变数,但可以预见的是,这种"准同盟"关系将在一个较长的时期内成为日菲互动关系的主要形式。
The relationship between Japan and Philippine went through two main periods after the Cold War.The first is 1992~2011,changing from traditional economic relations to the comprehensive promotion of the all round“strategic partnership”.The second period began in 2012,heading from all round“strategic partnership”to quasi-alliance.The rapid development of Japan Philippines relations after the Cold War was the result of the structural drive and common security interests of the US Japan alliance and the US Philippines alliance.Whether or not the Japan Philippine quasi alliance relations will be upgraded in the future still faces multiple variables,but it is foreseeable that such“quasi alliance”relations will become the main form of Japan Philippines interactive relations within a relatively long period of time.
