摘要
电气柜所处的工作环境中总是不可避免地存在着尘(沙)和水(汽)等,这些因素是引起电气设备失效的重要诱因,然而传统的电气柜故障防护中未进行系统的方法研究。为了能够系统地对电气柜故障防护方法进行研究,从防尘防水设计的标准出发,引用实际案例进行探讨。研究表明给出的电气柜故障维护方法具有工程可行性。该研究能够从理论角度获得电气柜故障防护方法,并对于拓宽电气产品设计人员的设计思路和提升技术水平具有参考价值。
The dust and water always exist in the working environment of electrical cabinets,which could cause failure of electrical equipment.However,the traditional failure protection of electrical cabinet does not provide system approach.In order to systematically study the fault protection method of electrical cabinet,this paper explores the actual case based on the standard of dust-proof and waterproof design.The research shows that the method has engineering feasibility.The research can obtain the fault protection method of electrical cabinet,and it is valuable to broaden the design idea of the designer and enhance the technical level.
