摘要
针对十一环过山车整体轨道的空间结构,采用Beam188梁单元建立分析模型,计算了极限风载荷工况的结构变形和应力。结果表明,轨道结构符合强度要求,但在两个立环顶端出现了超过90 mm的变形,需要对整体结构设计进行优化。研究表明,由于大型过山车轨道结构呈现复杂的空间布置形式,传统的强度和变形分析难以精准计算应力和变形值,三维空间有限元分析方法能为过山车设计提供可靠精确的设计依据。
According to the spatial structure of the overall track of the eleven-ring coaster,the Beam188 beam element is used to establish the analytical model,and the structural deformation and stress of the ultimate wind load are calculated.The results show that the orbital structure conforms to the strength requirements,but a deformation of more than 90 mm appears at the top of the two vertical rings,and the overall structural design needs to be optimized.The traditional strength and deformation analysis are difficult to accurately calculate the stress and deformation valuesbecause of the complex spatial arrangement of the track structure of the large roller coaster.The research shows that the three-dimensional finite element analysis method can provide a reliable and accurate design basis for the roller coaster design.
