摘要
文章分析43例新生儿窒息所引发的医疗损害鉴定案例,发现存在新生儿科配置及救治力量严重不足、"产科节假日现象"、未严格执行产科诊疗规范等三个突出问题,由此提出相关建议。
This paper analyzes 43 cases of medical damage appraisal of neonatal asphyxia,finds that there exist three prominent problems:serious shortage of configuration and treatment in neonatology department,"holidays phe?nomenon in obstetrical department",loose implementation of obstetrics diagnosis and treatment guidelines,thus puts forward related suggestions.
