摘要
目的探讨在重症烧伤患者护理中应用临床护理路径的效果。方法选取2015年6月—2017年12月我院接诊的90例重症烧伤患者作为研究对象,将重症烧伤患者,按照随机数字表法分成临床组(n=45)和常规组(n=45)。常规组重症烧伤患者均接受常规护理,临床组患者均接受临床护理路径。观察比较两组重症烧伤患者的住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度。结果临床组重症烧伤患者的住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度均优于常规组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径较常规护理更有利于重症烧伤患者尽快康复出院,节省住院费用。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing path in the nursing care of patients with severe burn.Methods 90 cases of severe burn patients received from June 2015 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.The patients with severe burn were divided into the clinical group(n=45)and the routine group(n=45)according to the random number table method.In the routine group,the patients with severe burns received routine nursing,and all the patients in the clinical group accepted the clinical nursing path.The time of hospitalization,hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups of severe burn patients.Results The hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses and nursing satisfaction of the severe burn patients in the clinical group were significantly better than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path is more beneficial to the patients with severe burn than the conventional nursing,and the hospital cost can be saved for more patients.
