摘要
目的探究封闭式负压引流技术及其在骨外科护理中的应用。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月收治的骨外科患者72例作为研究对象。根据随机表分组。对照组采用常规骨外科护理;观察组在对照组基础上,应用封闭式负压引流技术。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者骨外科临床护理满意度、创面闭合时间、护士护理时间、患者住院时间、换药次数、创面疼痛程度、生活质量优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封闭式负压引流技术及其在骨外科护理效果确切,可有效加速创面愈合和减轻护理人员负担,减轻患者痛苦,提升满意度。
Objective To explore the closed negative pressure drainage technique and its application in the nursing of bone surgery.Methods 72 cases of bone surgery patients admitted from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research subjects.Grouped according to random tables.The control group was treated with conventional bone surgery nursing.The closed negative pressure drainage technique was applied to the observation group on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The clinical nursing satisfaction,wound closure time,nurses'nursing time,hospitalization time,dressing change times,wound pain degree and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage and its nursing effect in bone surgery are accurate,which can effectively accelerate wound healing and reduce the burden of nursing staff,relieve patients'pain and improve their satisfaction.
