摘要
目的研究分析脂肪肝患者接受肝病专科特色护理干预的临床效果,为临床护理提供参考。方法选取我院收治的脂肪肝患者68例作为研究对象,将所有患者分成对照组和研究组。对照组使用常规护理,研究组使用常规护理和肝病专科特色护理。对两组的临床治疗效果开展研究分析。结果研究组有效率为76.47%,高于对照组的58.82%。研究组的护理有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规护理和肝病专科特色胡来对于脂肪肝患者的护理效果比较好,对患者预后以及生活治疗改善有较大的帮助。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of special nursing intervention on liver disease in patients with fatty liver,and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods 68 cases of fatty liver patients were studied and analyzed,and the patients were divided into control group and study group.The control group used routine nursing,and the study group used the routine nursing and the special nursing of the liver disease.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups was studied and analyzed.Results The effective rate of the study group was 76.47%,which was higher than 58.82%of the control group.The clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Routine nursing and liver disease specialist mess better for the nursing effect of patients with fatty liver,the prognosis of patients and improve the life for more help.
