PBL结合体验式教学在小儿腹泻病护理临床教学中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析对于小儿腹泻病临床护理教学中采用PBL结合体验式教学的效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月我校本科护理专业学生80名作为研究对象。采用奇偶法,将其分为研究组和参照组,每组各40名。参照组学生给予常规模式教学,研究组学生给予PBL结合体验式教学。对比两组学生理论考试成绩、操作成绩、书写病历成绩、模拟沟通能力以及综合考评成绩,另外对比两组学生对教学方式的满意度。结果研究组学生各项成绩均高于参照组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生对教学方式的满意度为97.5%,高于参照组的80.0%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿腹泻病护理临床教学中实施PBL结合体验式教学,能够全面提高学生各项成绩,促进学生全面掌握知识以及操作能力,学生对该种教学方式的满意度也相对较高。 Objective To analyze the effect of PBL combined with experiential teaching in the teaching of clinical nursing for children with diarrhea.Methods 80 undergraduate nursing students from April 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into the study group and the reference group by the odd and even method,with 40 students in each group.The students of the reference group were given regular pattern teaching,and the students of the study group were given PBL combined experience teaching.The results of the two groups of students'theoretical examination,operation,medical record,communication and comprehensive evaluation were compared,and the satisfaction of the two groups of students to the teaching methods was compared.Results The scores of the study group were all higher than those of the reference group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the teaching group was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the reference group(80.0%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PBL combined with experiential teaching in pediatric diarrhea clinical nursing teaching can improve students'achievement in all indicators,promote students'overall knowledge and operation ability,and students'satisfaction with this teaching method is relatively high.
