摘要
基于深部煤岩体的力学特性和围岩失稳机理的分析,采用高强度让压锚杆对深部软岩巷道进行支护,根据围岩强度强化理论及弹性能量释放方法计算得到了围岩让压限度,通过锚杆恒阻让压环实现高强度恒阻让压,让压环能够通过自身相应程度的变形调整巷道不同部位的高应力至平衡状态,减小不平衡应力对巷道围岩的破坏,通过释放围岩初期弹性能,提高支护系统的可靠性,应用于工程实践,有效控制了巷道断面收缩率,将围岩流变控制在稳定状态,避免了加速流变对巷道的长期破坏作用,取得了较好的技术效果。
Based on mechanics characteristics of deep coal rock mass and analysis of the mechanism of rock instability,high strength pressure relief bolt was adopted to support the deep and soft rock roadway,the surrounding rock pressure relief degree was settled by the calculation of reinforcement theory of surrounding rock strength and elastic energy release method.High strength constant-resistance pressure relief was realized by anchor bolt constant-resistance pressure relief circle,reducing the unbalanced stress damage to surrounding rock,releasing the surrounding rock elastic energy in initial stage and improving the reliability of support system,control the shrinking percentage of roadway section,keeping the surrounding rock flow change in stable,avoiding its damage.
