摘要
目的探究音乐疗法在早产儿PICC置管过程中的应用效果。方法以2015年9月~2016年9月期间在本院就诊的76例早产儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表随机分成对照组与观察组各38例。两组均需要采用PICC置管,对照组在置管过程中给予常规护理,观察组在置管过程中采用常规护理结合音乐疗法,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组一次置管成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组的置管时间较对照组短,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。观察组PICC置管并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论音乐疗法在早产儿PICC置管过程中的应用效果较好,可提高一次穿刺置管成功率,缩短置管时间,降低置管并发症的发生率,值得在临床中应用。
Objective To explore the effect of music therapy in premature infants with PICC catheter.Methods Seventy-six cases of premature infants in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were collected and divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table,with each group 38 cases.The two groups were required to use PICC catheter,the patients in the control group received conventional care,the patients in the observation group received conventional care combined with music therapy.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The success rate of catheterization in the experimental group was 94.7%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the success rate was 71%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indwelling time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of PICC in the experimental group was 5.2%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.7%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Music therapy was effective in the treatment of premature infants with PICC catheter,which could improve the success rate of single puncture catheterization,shorten the catheterization time,and reduce the incidence of catheter complications,Therefore,it was worthy of clinical application.
