摘要
在"一带一路"的发展历程中,我国在经济和贸易层面的主动地位正逐渐被世界所认同。而在国内,越来越多的国企也选择加入到海外投资阵营中,为"一带一路"的发展趋势提供了不少的活性能源。但在实际的投资过程中,国内企业常因缺少必要的项目评估和所投资国家形式动荡的因素,使得投资过程与结果都存在一定的法律风险特征,因此为了稳定国有企业海外投资的实际价值及安全性,文章特此对相关法律保护机制进行研究。
