摘要
针对沈阳市声环境质量状况及存在问题,分析沈阳市城市噪声功能区划执行情况,提出沈阳市声环境功能区划分调整的必要性及调整原则、技术方法,并对调整后的声环境进行了分析预测,划分结果将为改善沈阳市城市声环境质量提供技术保障。
According to the quality condition and existing problems of acoustic environment in Shenyang,analyzes the implementation of urban acoustic environmental function zoning in the city.This paper puts forward the necessity and adjustment principle and technical method of the zoning and adjustment of the acoustic environment function in Shenyang,and makes an analysis and prediction of the adjusted acoustic environment.The result of adjustment will provide technical guarantee for improving the quality of acoustic environment in Shenyang.
