摘要
提升专业服务产业发展能力是民族地区高职教育发展的应有之义,是提高高职院校办学水平和人才培养质量的有效抓手。但是,民族地区高职还存在专业结构与产业结构匹配度不高、专业设置比例失衡缺乏特色和专业建设质量和水平有待提高等问题。要提升民族地区高职专业服务产业发展能力,专业结构应与当地产业结构"同频共振"、按照专业大类打造品牌专业和特色专业和增强专业调整的及时性与科学性。
Promoting professional service industry development capabilities is what the higher vocational education in ethnic areas should do and it is an effective means to improve the level of running higher vocational colleges and to improve the quality of personnel training;however,there are still problems such as the low degree of matching between the specialized subject structure in higher vocational education and the industrial structure,the imbalance in specialized subject settings,lack of characteristics,and the quality and level of specialized subject construction to be improved in ethnic areas.To improve the professional service industry development capabilities in the minority areas,the specialized subject structure should be"coincidental resonance"with the local industrial structure in accordance with specialized subject categories to create brand and specialty specialized subject and enhance the timeliness and scientific nature of the adjustment.
