摘要
推进油公司体制机制建设是国内油气田企业适应未来发展的一次重大管理变革。油公司管理变革需要配套的人力资源管理战略支撑。本文主要探讨了油公司管理变革对国内油气田企业带来的三大重要变化,分析了油公司管理变革面临的三大人力资源挑战,提出了油公司人力资源优化管理的5种基本途径和4项配套机制。坚持问题导向和目标导向,对国内油气田企业改革与发展具有较强的指导意义。
Promoting mechanism construction of oil company is a major management reform for oil company of China to adapt to the future development.The management reform of oil company needs corresponding strategic support of human resource management.This paper mainly discusses the three important changes brought by oil company management reform in China.It also analyzes the three major human resource challenges facing oil company management reform;furthermore,five basic ways and four matching mechanisms are put forward for the human resources management optimization of oil company.The problem orientation and goal orientation are emphasized in this paper,and the ideas within this article have strong guiding significance for the reform and development of oil enterprises in China.
