摘要
回顾了《北京测绘》的历史、现状,认为经过30年九届编委会的努力,《北京测绘》已成为北京地区乃至全国有一定知名度的测绘地理信息技术专业刊物;但同时存在着稿源质量不高,编辑人员数量和素质需进一步提高,经营理念需进一步改进等问题。作者认为,《北京测绘》正处在一个承前启后,继往开来的重要时刻。提出了六项改进措施:一是加强编辑人才培养,全面推广使用《北京测绘》期刊采编系统,选拔优秀审稿人,严把审稿、编稿质量关;二是通过约稿带动刊物稿源质量的整体提高,向创新程度和科技含量高的稿源倾斜;三是开展优秀论文评选,培养自己的作者群,适时建立期刊论坛;四是调整刊物的表现形式,提升《北京测绘》的刊物档次,拉近与读者的距离,培养自己的读者群;五是提高期刊的时效性,缩短论文登载周期;六是加大广告编排力度,提供丰富、准确、实用的测绘技术服务信息,扩大期刊的发行量。
Reviewed the history,status quo of“Beijing surveying and mapping’’,think through the efforts of the 30 years of the editorial board,“Beijing surveying and mapping”has become a Beijing area and even the whole country have a certain visibility of surveying and mapping geographic information technology professional publications;How ever,at the same time,the quality of the manuscript is not high,the number of editors and the quality need to be fur ther improved,and the business philosophy needs to be further improved.According to the author,Beijing surveying and mapping is at an important juncture in the future.The paper proposed six improvement measures:one is to strengthen the training of editors,to promote the use of the"Beijing surveying and mapping"periodical collection sys tem,to select the excellent reviewer,to strictly review the draft and to compile the quality control.The second is to promote the overall improvement of the quality of the publications by the draft,and to the degree of innovation and high technology content;Third,to carry out the selection of excellent papers,to cultivate their own group of writers,and to establish the periodical BBS in time;Fourth,adjust the performance form of the publication,promote the pub lication level of"Beijing surveying and mapping",close the distance of readers and cultivate their readership;Five is to improve the timeliness of periodical and shorten the cycle of publication.Sixth,we will increase the intensity of adver tising,provide rich,accurate and practical information on surveying and mapping technology services,and expand the circulation of periodicals.
