摘要
基于机器视觉在工业上的广泛应用,通过ccd视觉传感器在焊接前采集焊点的图像信息来确定焊点的像素坐标,并将其转换为实际的空间位置坐标,然后控制焊头移到焊点的正上方,达到自动焊接的目的。该焊接系统的设计可以实现太阳电池阵的高效自动化组装和焊接,提高太阳电池阵焊点的牢固度,并提高太阳电池阵的制造效率。
Based on the broad application of machine vision in industry,ccd visual sensor was used to collect the spot information in welding to determine the solder joint pixel coordinate,and the welding torch was moved to the top spot to achieve the purpose of automatic welding.The welding system can realize the efficient and automatic assembly and welding for solar array and improve the joint bearing capacity and production efficiency of solar array.
