摘要
随着移动互联时代的到来,商业环境发生变化,表现为消费者购买决策行为变了、行业游戏规则变了、顾客价值内容和企业创造价值的方式也变了,工业经济下的商业模式在应对竞争时逐渐出现疲态。商业模式创新迫在眉睫,但不论在理论界还是业界,对商业模式及其创新的认识没有统一,甚至是有偏差和误解。在综合分析以往学者关于商业模式及其创新的研究成果的前提下,提出基于"锁定目标顾客—企业动态能力—新模式选择"的商业模式创新的路径。
With the arrival of the Mobile Internet Age,the business environment have changed in consumers'purchase decision behavior,the rules of the game industry,the content of customer value and the way of the Enterprises to create value,the business model under the industrial economy is gradually weak in coping with competition,business model innovation is imminent.However,both in the theory and the industry,the understanding of business model and its innovation is not uniform,there are even deviations and misunderstandings.Under the premise of comprehensive analysis of the previous scholars'research results of business model and its innovation,put forward a innovation path of business model based on“Lock the target customer-Enterprise dynamic ability-New model choice”.
