摘要
分析了汽车转向节压装过程中常见的偏斜、堆铝两种缺陷,针对缺陷产生的原因进行了详细的分析,并提出改进措施。试验研究表明,改进措施合理,有效地避免了转向节压装缺陷,提高了产品成品率。
Common defects of bias and heap aluminum during assembling of automobile steering knuckle are analyzed.The causes of the defects are analyzed in detail,and some improvement measures were proposed.The experimental results show that the improve.ment measures are reasonable,and which avoid the assembly defects for the steering knuckle,and the product yield are improved.
