摘要
目的:观察生物物理治疗仪联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗过敏性支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:选择中重度过敏性支气管哮喘患者60例,通过随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组给予吸入布地奈德福莫特罗治疗;研究组在对照组基础上应用MORA生物物理治疗仪进行治疗。比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间,以及治疗前后第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、FEV1占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、最高呼气流量(PEF)和哮喘控制得分(ACT)、哮喘生命质量问卷(AQLQ)调查及日间/夜间症状评分。结果:研究组总有效率为96.67%(29/30),明显高于对照组83.33%(25/30)(P<0.05);研究组治疗后ACT评分、AQLQ评分、FEV1、FEV1%和PEF均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组症状消失时间、治疗后日间症状、夜间症状评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生物物理治疗仪联合布地奈德福莫特罗治疗过敏性支气管哮喘的疗效优于单纯布地奈德福莫特罗治疗疗效。
Objective:To observe effects of biophysical therapy combined with Budesonide/Formoterol in treatment of allergic bronchial asthma.Methods:Sixty patients with moderate or severe allergic bronchial asthma were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with inhaled Budesonide/Formoterol treatment,while the experimental group was given biophysical therapy combined with Budesonide/Formoterol.The clinical effects,symptom disappearance time,forced expiratory volumes in one second before and after the treatment,percentage of FEV1 in the predicted value(FEV1%),peak expiratory flow(PEF),asthma control score(ACT),asthma life quality questionnaire(AQLQ)scores and day/night symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group 83.33%(25/30)(P<0.05).After the treatment,the ACT score,AQLQ score,FEV1,FEV1%and PEF of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time,daytime symptoms and nighttime symptom scores after the treatment of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The biophysical therapy combined with Budesonide/Formoterol in the treatment of allergic bronchial asthma is superior to single Budesonide/Formoterol.
