摘要
氢气系统的集成与优化已成为化工节能减排的重要研究方向。文中在综合考虑装置占地因素和氢气提纯回用量的基础上,以年均总费用为优化目标,提出了工程项目中的氢系统优化方法,得出了固定投资费用曲线和总费用曲线。通过曲线分析表明设备布置占地和提纯回用的氢气量存在最优关系,获得最终氢系统优化方案。基于所提出的方法对某化工企业的氢系统和设备布置进行优化,结果表明:合理利用现有副产氢气,可以减少新氢用量、节约土地面积,从而使固定投资费用降低280万元/a,总费用节约1 038万元/a。
The integration and optimization of hydrogen system has become one of the research hot spots of energy conservation and emission reduction.Based on the consideration of the area of equipment layout and purification of process hydrogen,the hydrogen network optimization method is put forward applying total cost as the optimization goal.The curve of annual fixed investment and annual total cost are proposed to identify the optimal relationship between the area of equipment layout and purification of process hydrogen.Accordingly,the optimal hydrogen network could be obtained.A case study is employed in a chemical plant to optimize the hydrogen network and the area of equipment layout.The results show that the hydrogen utility and the area of equipment layout can be reduced by using the process hydrogen reasonably.As a result,the fixed investment and total cost can be reduced by 2.8million RMB per year and 10.38 million RMB per year,respectively.
