摘要
早燃是不正常燃烧的一种表现,最终会影响到发动机性能。严重的早燃,缸内压力会急速加大,通常会引起超级爆震,直接会引发动机活塞、活塞环、火花塞、气门等零件的破损,最终导致整个发动机报废。影响早燃的原因大体可分为发动机结构设计、燃油的因素,控制早燃的方法有:加大混合气的浓度,减小气门重叠角,优化进气道,限制缸内最大充量,优化燃烧室的形状,断油控制,限制负荷,断油等方法。这里发阐述了引起动机早燃的原因和控制早燃方法。
Early combustion is a form of abnormal combustion that will eventually affect the performance of the eng-ine.Severe early combustion,the pressure in the cylinder will increase rapidly.It usually causes a super detonation,which directly causes the damage of the piston,piston ring,spark plug,valve and other parts,and eventually the whole engine is scrapped.The causes of early combustion can be divided into engine structure design and fuel oil.Control is a method:increase the concentration of the mixture,and reducing valve overlap Angle,optimizing the inlet,limit maximum amount in cylinder,optimize the shape of combustion chamber,oil control,limit load,cut off oil,etc.T he causes of premature combustion and the control of premature combustion are described here.
