摘要
文章介绍了客车排气系统作用,分析了热量分布在客车排气系统设计中的计算方法和按照程序,提出如何正确地布置排气系统措施。提出了排气系统悬置点设计的要素,消声器在排气系统中合适位置的选择以及其他排气系统设计中应当注意的特殊情况。为行业人士客车排气系统布置提供参考。
This paper introduces that function of bus exhaust system,analyze the calculation method of heat distribution in bus exhaust system design and puts forward the measures of how to arrange the exhaust system correctly according to the program.The design elements of the exhaust system mounting point,the selection of the appropriate position of the muffler in the exhaust system and other special circumstances that should be paid attention to in the design of the exhaust system are put forward.It can provide reference for bus exhaust system arrangement.
