摘要
汽车转向系统分为机械式转向系统和助力式转向系统,机械式转向系统为老式转向系统,其缺点是对于载重较大的车型转向比较沉重,文章针对某型卡车采用机械转向而产生转向沉重问题予以解决,但由于此车型空间布置有限,故采用电子助力转向系统(电子助力转向采用电动机直接提供助力,助力大小由电控单元(ECU)控制),并对其在此车型上的应用予以验证。而且电子助力转向还能节约能量,提高安全性,且有利于环保,是一项紧扣现代汽车发展主题的高新技术。
Here by the size of the automotive steering system is divided into mechanical steering system and power steering system,mechanical steering system for older steering system,its drawback is to load a larger vehicle steering is heavy,this paper is aimed at a certain type of trucks by mechanical steering and steering heavy problem given to solve,but due to the models of spatial layout is limited,so the use of electronic power steering system(electric power steering motor is used directly to provide help,help electronic control unit(ECU)control)and the models of application verified.And the electronic power steering can save energy,improve safety,and is conducive to environmental protection,is closely linked to the modern automobile theme of the development of high technology.
