摘要
相对于企业混合制改革,高职院校混合所有制改革的难度更大。其改革的难点在于不但要坚持教育的公益属性,同时还要兼顾相关合作方的营利性需求。所以应当直面高职院校混合所有制改革中所存在的营利性因素,重新审视及梳理混合所有制高职院校的主体法律性质及分类。
Compared with the reform of the enterprise mixed ownership system,the reform of the mixed ownership system in higher vocational colleges is more difficult.The difficulty of the reform is not only to adhere to the commonweal of education,but also to take into account the profit demand of the relevant partners.Therefore,we should directly face the profit factors existing in the reform of mixed ownership in higher vocational colleges,re-examine and sort out the main legal nature and classification of mixed ownership higher vocational colleges.
