摘要
在汽车电控发动机故障诊断和维修过程中,为了提高维修效率,汽车维修人员除了运用经验修车法、故障码诊断法和数据流分析法诊断分析故障外,还应该掌握波形分析方法对故障进行诊断。通过对发动机实验平台模拟故障实验,对电控发动机的氧传感器和点火系统的波形进行了分析介绍,结合实例分析波形分析法在电控发动机故障诊断中的应用。
In the automotive electronic control engine fault diagnosis and repair process,vehicle maintenance and repair experience in addition to the use of method,fault code diagnosis and data flow analysis method for analysis of fault diagnosis,should also obtain the waveform analysis method to fault diagnosis.In this paper,through the experiment for aeroengine fault simulation platform,oxygen sensor for electronic control of engine ignition system and the waveform is introduced,with examples of the application of waveform analysis in fault diagnosis of electronic control engine.
