摘要
以银胶菊粗提物浸膏得率为指标,研究提取时间、提取功率、料液比、乙醇体积分数4个因素对提取效果的影响,优选获得最佳提取工艺条件.结果表明,索氏提取法优化的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间10 h、提取功率160 w、料液比1∶15(g·mL^(-1))、乙醇体积分数80%.优选的提取工艺稳定、合理、可行,为银胶菊粗提物的获得提供了依据.
With extraction rate of the Parthenium hysterophorus crude extracts as index,the article studied effects of the four factors(extraction time,extraction power,solid-liquid ratio,ethanol volume fraction)on extraction efficiency,consid-ering preferably obtained optimum extraction conditions.The results showed that the optimal conditions of Soxhlet extraction are extraction time 10 h,extraction rate 160 w,ratio of solid to liquid l:15(g?mL_1),and ethanol volume fraction 80%.The optimum extraction process is stable,reasonable and feasible,which provides basis for the extract of Parthenium hyste-rophorus crude.
