摘要
周围血管病致病原因繁杂,总病机可归结为气滞血瘀。活血化瘀法成为治疗该病的内治总则,"血实宜决之",该总则的临床应用已有相当久远的历史。虽然如此,但在临床具体应用上仍需细究致瘀之因,总结有针对性的具体治法。笔者汇集多年临床经验将活血化瘀多种方法分类总结,探讨中医活血化瘀法在周围血管病的应用效果,阐述其治病原则,帮助人们重新评估活血化瘀法在周围血管病治疗中的地位。
The pathogenesis of peripheral vascular diseases is complicated,and the total pathogenesis can be attributed to Qizhi Xueyu(气滞血瘀).The Huoxue Huayu therapy(活血化瘀法)has become the general rule of treating the disease,and has been quite long history.The cause of stasis need to be studied in clinical practice,in order to sum up the specific targeted therapy.The author collected many years of clinical experience,and summarized a variety of methods of Huoxue Huayu,to explore the application value of the Huoxue Huayu therapy in treating peripheral circulation vascular disease,elaborate its principles,and help people to re-evaluate the role of the Huoxue Huayu therapy in treating peripheral vascular disease.
