摘要
目的:研究中药射干麻黄汤加减方用于咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中的疗效。方法:于2016年9月-2017年7月来我院就诊的咳嗽变异型哮喘患者中选出87例,根据治疗方法分组,对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,观察组患者采用中药射干麻黄汤加减方治疗。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.78%,显著比对照组的85.71%更高,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的咳嗽评分更低,且PEF%高于对照组患者,PEF变异率则比对照组患者低,P<0.01。结论:射干麻黄汤加减方用于咳嗽变异型哮喘治疗中效果确切,能有效缓解患者的咳嗽症状,促进呼吸功能改善,值得推广。
Objective:To study the efficacy of the Shegan Mahuang decoction(射干麻黄汤)on cough variant asthma.Methods:87 cases were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with the Shegan Mahuang decoction.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.78%,significantly higher than 85.71%in the control group,P<0.05.The cough score was less in the observation group;the PEF%was higher,and the PEF mutation rate was less than the control group,P<0.01.Conclusion:The Shegan Mahuang decoction on cough variant asthma shows certain efficacy,can effectively relieve cough symptom and promote the improvement of respiratory function.
