摘要
目的观察头孢尼西联合血必净注射液治疗老年社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2016年2月~2017年8月我院收治的112例老年CAP患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各56例。对照组患者给予头孢尼西静脉滴注,观察组患者在此基础上加用血必净注射液静脉滴注。两组疗程均为14 d,并同时积极治疗基础疾病,进行对症和支持治疗。观察两组患者的临床效果、炎症指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(96.4%)明显高于对照组(76.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后14 d,两组患者的白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白和降钙素原水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者的各项指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见严重不良反应。结论头孢尼西联合血必净注射液治疗老年CAP的临床效果、炎症指标恢复均显著优于单用头孢尼西,并且未见严重不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Cefonicid combined with Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of senile patients with community acquired pneumonia(CAP).Methods From February 2016 to August 2017,112 senile patients with CAP treated in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digital table method,and each group was 56 cases.The control group was treated with Cefonicid for intravenous infusion,and the observation group was treated with Xuebijing Injection on the basis of the control group.At the same time,the basic diseases were actively treated,symptomatic treatment and support treatment were carried out.The clinical effect,inflammation markers and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.4%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(76.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of white blood cell count,high sensitivity C-reactive protein and proealcitonin 14 days after treatment of the two groups were statistically lower than those before treatment,while the indicators of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Both groups had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The clinical effect and inflammation markers of Cefonicid combined with Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of senile patients with CAP is better than Cefonicid alone,and there was no serious adverse reaction.
