摘要
目的探索分析唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗老年肺癌骨转移的临床治疗效果。方法 120例老年肺癌骨转移患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组给予单纯化疗治疗,观察组给予唑来膦酸联合化疗治疗。对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率78.33%高于对照组的61.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率11.67%低于对照组的26.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生存质量评分(78.3±5.6)分明显高于对照组的(51.2±3.8)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唑来膦酸联合化疗的方法治疗老年肺癌骨转移,能够有效的加快患者病情的康复进度,具有十分良好的临床治疗效果,值得临床大力推广应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical treatment effect of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of bone metastasis of lung cancer in the elderly.Methods A total of 120 elderly lung cancer patients with bone metastasis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received chemotherapy only,and the observation group received zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy.The clinical efficacy in two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The observation group had higher total effective rate of clinical treatment as 78.33%than 61.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 11.67%than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously higher quality of life score as(78.3±5.6)points than(51.2±3.8)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Zoledronic acid and chemotherapy in the treatment of bone metastases in elderly patients with lung cancer shows excellent clinical treatment effect,and it can effectively accelerate the recovery of patients’condition.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
