消油剂处理溢油对圆筛藻的急性毒性效应分析

摘要 选择圆筛藻(Coscinodiscus sp.)作为受试生物,测试原油、燃料油分散液(WAF)以及添加溢油分散剂后的乳化液(DWAF)对圆筛藻的急性毒性效应。结果表明,低质量浓度的原油WAF和燃料油WAF促进圆筛藻的生长,而添加消油剂后的原油DWAF及燃料油DWAF始终抑制圆筛藻的生长。圆筛藻在4种不同溢油污染物体系中的96 h-EC_(50)值差异较大,介于1.15~6.34 mg/L之间;其中燃料油WAF对圆筛藻的急性毒性效应最强,其96 h-EC_(50)值低至1.15 mg/L。两种油品对圆筛藻的急性毒性效应受消油剂的影响而变化各异,燃料油降低而原油升高。 Coscinodiscus sp.was taken as subject to test the toxicity of crude and fuel oil water accommodated fractions(WAF)and their dispersed water accommodated fractions(DWAF).According to the result,low concentration crude WAF and fuel oil WAF are benefiting to the growth of Coscinodiscus sp.After adding the oil spill dispersant,crude oil DWAF and fuel oil DWAF always inhibit its growth.Moreover,in the acute toxicity test,the value 96 h-EC 50 of four different oil spill pollutants to this microalgae are quite different,ranging from 1.15 mg/L to 6.34 mg/L.Fuel oil WAF is the most poisonous one among them,which 96 h-EC 50 for Coscinodiscus sp.is 1.15 mg/L respectively.The acute toxicity effect of two kinds of oil on Coscinodiscus sp.is affected by the oil spill dispersant,the fuel oil decreased and the crude oil increased.
