摘要 随着临床医学的不断发展,医用数字化X线影像检查技术的应用范围不断拓宽,目前各大医院基本均已完成了数字摄影机的安装和使用工作。在临床检查诊断上,数字化X线影像检查技术具有辐射小、简单便捷、诊断准确率高等应用优势,在国内外临床上迅速发展、普及。但与传统的X线摄影机相比较而言,数字化X线影像检查设备的摄影机和连接的环节更多,内部结构更加复杂。并且,数字化X线摄影技术诊断结果会受到曝光参数、信号后处理方法、信号存储归档方法等诸多因素的影响,因而,检查图像质量也会受到不同程度的影响,对检查操作者的技术要求也越来越高,临床应用受到一定程度的限制。本文旨在对计算机X线摄影技术和直接数字化摄影技术的成像特点、条件进行归纳总结,并对数字化X线影像检查技术在临床上的应用进行分析。 With the continuous development of clinical medicine,the application of medical digital X-ray imaging technology has been widened.At present,the installation and use of digital cameras have been basically completed in all major hospitals.In clinical examination and diagnosis,digital X-ray imaging technology has the advantages of small radiation,simple and convenient,high diagnostic accuracy and so on.It has developed rapidly and popularized in clinical practice at home and abroad.But compared with the traditional X-ray camera,the camera and the connection of the digital X-ray imaging device are more complex and the internal structure is more complex.Moreover,the diagnostic results of digital X-ray photography will be affected by exposure parameters,signal post-processing methods,signal storage and archiving methods,and so on.Therefore,the quality of inspection images will also be affected to varying degrees.The technical requirements of inspection operators are higher and higher,and the clinical application is limited to a certain extent.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the imaging characteristics and conditions of computer radiography and direct digital photography,and to analyze the clinical application of digital X-ray imaging.
